Muddling: To stir or mix (a drink) gently
Yup, we love to Muddle! It’s summer, to stay thin and still enjoy cocktails, you have to avoid all those mixes that come with DELICIOUS summer cocktails. One of those cocktails happens to be our personal favorite: Margaritas!! but they pack about 400 calories a blow!
Problem: Loving fruity cocktails in summer, but still wanting to be able to wear a bathing suit by September!
Solution: Muddled Fruit Cocktails!!
The Margarita:
- 3 Table spoons, Fresh Squeezed Oranges
- 2 Table Spoons Fresh Squeezed Lime
- 1 Teaspoon light Agave Nectar
- How every many shots float your boat… 3 is a solid start!
* garnish the rim of the glass with some fresh sea salt

The Hennessy: Spice of Life
1.5 oz Hennessy Privilege
3-4 Pineapple Chunks
1-2 Pieces Muddled Jalapeno
2 Pieces Lime Juice
.5 oz Simple Syrup
- Muddle Pineapple, lime, and jalapeno. Add Hennessy Privilege, simple syrup, and ice.
- Shake and strain into a rocks glass
- Garnish with Jalapeno ring and spiced sugar rim
